A welcoming space where you will be inspired and educated on how to identify and articulate your core needs and values. I share my personal experience and dive into how God instilled both your needs and values to make you uniquely you.
My goal is for you to walk away with more love and compassion for yourself as you learn how to be led by your God-infused core values in healthy and life-giving ways.
